**Senior ERF Account Management Technician**
The Senior ERF Account Management Technician is responsible for delivering expert identity management and account administration services for USPTO’s enterprise systems. Key duties entail overseeing user accounts, managing privileged access, assisting with compliance audits, and providing mentorship to junior staff. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience in account administration. A strong command of Active Directory and identity management systems is essential.
