Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and a minimum of 6 years of relevant engineering experience, including 3 years focused on product development and design control. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C, C++, C#, Java, or Python, is essential, along with the capability to work on-site in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
