Job description
The Lead Systems Engineer oversees all aspects of systems engineering during the medical device development process, encompassing architectural design, requirement integration, and risk assessment. This role entails leading interdisciplinary teams to guarantee product excellence, adherence to regulatory standards, and the successful execution of clinical application initiatives. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and a minimum of 6 years of relevant engineering experience, including 3 years focused on product development and design control. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C, C++, C#, Java, or Python, is essential, along with the capability to work on-site in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
