Job description
The Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in upholding the property’s physical condition and guiding the maintenance team towards prompt service delivery. This position involves supervising daily activities, managing financial resources, and ensuring that all maintenance operations adhere to safety standards and organizational guidelines. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management and maintenance, alongside certifications in EPA and CPO. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, hold a valid driver’s license, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
