Job description
The trainee will engage in an extensive multi-year rotation that encompasses warehouse management, sales at the counter, and procurement processes to acquire an in-depth insight into the operations of the business. Throughout this program, they will collaborate with mentors and supervisors to enhance their expertise in customer relationship management, margin evaluations, and leadership in operations. Applicants must have a college degree or equivalent experience, along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history. Essential qualifications include excellent communication abilities, a talent for establishing impactful relationships, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
