**Lead Technical Trainer**
The Lead Technical Trainer plays a crucial role in enhancing the technical skills, customer service, and sales effectiveness within the residential service department by providing on-the-ground coaching and guidance. This position involves creating training initiatives, participating in ride-alongs, and making certain that all operations comply with company standards and documentation procedures. Applicants should possess at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in residential HVAC services, showcasing proven skills in diagnostics along with a commitment to ethical sales practices. Candidates must also exhibit strong communication, coaching, and organizational abilities, and must hold a valid driver’s license.
