Job description
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in guiding team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving sales goals. This position involves mentoring employees to provide outstanding customer service and fostering relationships with both new and returning customers. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in leading and mentoring successful sales teams, alongside holding either a 2- or 4-year college degree. A Property and Casualty license, as well as proficiency in both English and Spanish, is highly desirable.
