Job description
The Lead Technician oversees the prompt delivery of both planned and unplanned maintenance for ground support machinery and the vehicle fleet. This role includes guiding the team through mentorship, adhering to safety regulations, and organizing repair strategies. Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 years of applicable mechanical experience and 1 year in a leadership capacity. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, as well as a valid driver’s license and the capability to undertake physical duties within an aerospace setting.
