**Job Title: Supervisor**
Supervisors play a crucial role in leading and guiding hourly staff in the food product manufacturing and processing sectors. They are tasked with upholding safety standards, enhancing departmental efficiencies, managing labor costs, and ensuring the quality of the products produced. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of educational background, training, or professional experience in fields related to business management, food production, or manufacturing. Additionally, candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States and be willing to work overtime and on weekends.
