Job description
**Lead Technician**
The Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing and executing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance tasks on wind turbines to guarantee their safe and efficient functionality. This position involves leading teams, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are documented in compliance with company protocols. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, alongside either an associate degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience, or at least 5 years of hands-on experience with wind turbines. Candidates must also have the physical capability to climb towers reaching heights of up to 300 feet and demonstrate proficiency in independent troubleshooting.
