Job Title: Physical Therapist
In this role, you will deliver physical therapy and wellness services tailored to older adults residing in senior living environments. You will perform assessments, create individualized care plans, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to enhance resident autonomy. Applicants must possess an active professional license in their respective therapy field (PT).
