Job Summary
The Maintenance Leader plays a pivotal role in supervising the maintenance team at the site, ensuring that plant equipment and infrastructure operate safely, effectively, and dependably. This includes managing the maintenance budgets, adhering to regulatory standards, and overseeing the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the site maintenance team to ensure optimal operation of equipment and infrastructure.
- Manage maintenance budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to maintenance operations.
- Implement and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance reliability.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of industrial maintenance.
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- A two-year technical diploma or associated degree is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
