Job Summary
This position of Senior Field Service Technician is based in New York, New York, and requires an onsite work arrangement. The successful candidate will report directly to the Field Service Manager and is expected to possess advanced technical skills in electrical distribution systems and preventive maintenance. The role focuses on diagnosing and addressing issues within various systems, including ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) and power management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical distribution systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of ATS and related systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team for preparation and remote support services.
- Provide expert technical assistance in field operations.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in servicing electrical distribution and power management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to field service operations.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment and adhere to safety standards.
