**Lean Services Associate**
The Lean Services Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of construction projects by driving Lean implementation initiatives and mentoring project teams in effective planning methodologies. This position involves providing training, gathering data, and utilizing the Last Planner System to enhance project efficiency and dependability. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline. Additionally, the role requires 1-3 years of experience in Lean construction methods and the readiness to travel up to 85% of the time.
