Job Summary
The Learning Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the organization’s learning ecosystem. This role encompasses the administration of learning management systems (LMS), the mapping of educational content, and the generation of data reports. The Specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and ensure adherence to compliance through targeted learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the learning management system to ensure effective functionality.
- Map educational content to align with organizational learning goals.
- Create and analyze reports related to learning outcomes and system usage.
- Work alongside stakeholders to promote and implement efficient learning processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in LMS management and learning & development operations.
- Proficiency in learning technologies and related software.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
