Lead the firm’s U.S. legal recruiting function across campus, summer associate, lateral, clerkship, and partner recruiting, while supervising the recruiting team and maintaining continuity across active processes. Review and approve recruiting recommendations and materials, coordinate hiring approvals and cross-functional work, and escalate sensitive or high-impact decisions to the appropriate leaders. Requires significant legal recruiting or law firm talent management experience, including senior responsibility for campus and/or lateral recruiting, along with experience advising senior stakeholders and supervising recruiting professionals. A bachelor’s degree is required; strong judgment, communication, organization, project management, and knowledge of law firm recruiting processes are also expected.
