The Leasing Agent is responsible for welcoming prospective residents, conducting property tours, and managing the leasing process to achieve occupancy goals. They also support marketing efforts, maintain resident files, and ensure the community environment remains polished and welcoming. Candidates should have at least 2 years of multi-family leasing experience and a strong understanding of fair housing laws. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work weekends.
