**Leasing Agent**
The Leasing Agent plays a vital role in drawing in prospective residents, leading property tours, and overseeing the leasing procedures. Additionally, the agent is tasked with delivering outstanding customer service to maintain high occupancy levels and foster positive experiences for residents. Ideal candidates will have solid communication and organizational abilities, alongside a good familiarity with basic computer software. Although prior experience in leasing or real estate is advantageous, it is not a requirement for this position.
