Job Summary
The Leasing Associate plays a crucial role in overseeing leasing processes, promoting the property, and fostering good relations with residents. This position involves handling inquiries from prospective tenants, leading property tours, processing lease applications, and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction through timely responses and active community involvement.

Qualifications
- An associate’s degree or equivalent experience in property management or a related area.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with property management software.
- A flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends.
