Job Summary
The Leasing Associate plays a crucial role in overseeing leasing operations, promoting the property, and fostering positive relationships with residents. This position is vital for ensuring a seamless leasing process and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of leasing activities, including responding to inquiries and processing applications.
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents, showcasing the community’s features and benefits.
- Engage with residents to maintain high satisfaction levels through effective communication and service.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and promote community engagement.
Qualifications
- Possess an associate’s degree or a comparable level of education, or have six months to one year of relevant experience in leasing or property management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, to meet the needs of the property and potential residents.
