Job Summary
The Leasing Associate plays a crucial role in promoting the property, guiding potential residents on tours, and overseeing the leasing process. This position is integral in managing rent collection, addressing resident inquiries, and ensuring adherence to housing authority standards and tax credit requirements.
Responsibilities
- Market the property effectively to attract prospective residents.
- Conduct property tours for interested individuals.
- Manage the entire leasing process for new tenants.
- Handle rent collection and address any resident requests promptly.
- Ensure compliance with housing authority policies and tax credit regulations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in tax credit properties.
- Strong background in property leasing or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with HUD regulations and low-income housing programs.
