The Leasing Associate plays a crucial role in overseeing leasing operations, promoting the property, and fostering positive relationships with residents. This position involves responding to inquiries, leading property tours, processing applications, and ensuring residents are satisfied through timely service and active community involvement. Applicants should possess an associate’s degree or comparable experience in property management or a related discipline. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and property management software is essential, as is the availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
