Job Summary
The Leasing Consultant serves as the sales representative for the property, playing a pivotal role in achieving leasing, retention, and occupancy objectives by delivering outstanding customer service. This position entails overseeing daily activities related to the property, which includes conducting property tours, maintaining resident relations, processing lease renewals, and handling administrative reporting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants to showcase available units.
- Maintain effective communication with current residents to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Facilitate lease renewals and ensure all lease agreements are processed correctly.
- Manage administrative tasks, including reporting and record-keeping associated with leasing activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing or property management is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and residents.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi software is preferred.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
