Maintain resident files, process rental payments, and ensure the community meets high brand standards for curb appeal and resident experience. Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or multifamily property management. Candidates must possess strong sales, communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
