**Leasing Manager**
The Leasing Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the leasing team while effectively overseeing marketing, sales, and resident interactions for the apartment community. This position entails managing staff development, achieving property goals, and upholding exceptional customer service and resident retention levels. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a strong preference for those with at least four years in leasing and two years in a supervisory capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is essential, and candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
