**Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator**
The Patient Care Coordinator oversees the operations of the front desk, which encompasses patient scheduling, verifying insurance information, and ensuring that electronic medical records are kept accurate. Furthermore, they work collaboratively with clinical and optical teams to facilitate smooth patient flow and enhance the overall patient experience.
