Job Summary
The Leasing Specialist plays a crucial role in welcoming potential residents, highlighting the features of properties, and aligning client needs with suitable apartment options. This position encompasses managing marketing initiatives, overseeing prospect documentation, and ensuring that vacant units are ready for tours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents during their visits.
- Provide detailed information about property features to interested individuals.
- Match the requirements of potential tenants with available apartment options.
- Oversee marketing promotions to attract new residents.
- Maintain accurate prospect reports to track interests and inquiries.
- Ensure that all vacated units are clean and prepared for future showings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Leasing Agent role.
- Strong communication and sales abilities are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Resman software is a plus.
