Job Title: Clinical Social Worker
In this role, you will evaluate, guide, and support patients with complex medical conditions by creating personalized treatment strategies. You will help these individuals adapt to disabilities, connect them with necessary resources, and facilitate behavior changes both at home and within their community. This position mandates a Master’s degree in Social Work along with state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Strong skills in planning, organization, written communication, and time management are essential for success in this role.
