Job Title: Medical Social Worker
In this role, you will evaluate, support, and guide patients facing complex medical challenges by formulating personalized treatment strategies. You will help facilitate the adjustment processes for disabilities, connect patients with resources, and promote behavior changes within their home environment and community. A Master’s degree in Social Work and state licensure as an LCSW are essential prerequisites. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong skills in planning, organization, communication, and writing.
