Job Title: Medical Social Worker
Utilize assessment, counseling, and guidance techniques to support patients with complex medical needs by creating tailored treatment strategies. Aid in adapting to disabilities, connecting with resources, and implementing behavior modifications in both home and community settings. A Master’s degree in Social Work and state licensure as an LCSW are required. Applicants should demonstrate strong skills in planning, organization, written communication, and time management.
