Job description
**Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Nurse**
Offer specialized one-on-one nursing support for medically fragile children in a home health environment. Duties include medication administration, monitoring patient health status, and providing education to families regarding care plans. Applicants must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas, along with current CPR certification. Experience in pediatric home health, particularly with tracheostomy and ventilator care, is advantageous, although new graduates are encouraged to apply.
