Job Summary
The Licensed Clinician plays a crucial role in delivering mental health support services to individuals and their families. This involves not only providing therapeutic aid but also collaborating with both internal teams and external organizations to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Responsibilities
- Developing detailed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Connecting clients with essential resources, including housing, medical, and psychiatric support.
- Coordinating care effectively with other professionals and agencies.
- Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment as required.
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in Social Sciences is required.
- A current and valid license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- A minimum of one year of direct service experience with individuals suffering from mental illness post-master’s degree.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are necessary for this position.
