Job description
**Job Title: Mental Health Professional**
The selected candidate will perform intake assessments, create treatment strategies, and deliver crisis intervention services for inmates in a correctional environment. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical needs, maintaining accurate documentation of observations, and facilitating mental health training for staff. Applicants are required to have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a similar discipline, along with a current, unrestricted license (such as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC). A minimum of one year of experience in a mental health treatment program is essential, ideally within a correctional or hospital context.
