Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional available to work on weekdays. The ideal candidate should hold a full license such as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC. This position involves providing high-quality mental health services and support to clients in a compassionate and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients based on their unique needs.
- Assess clients’ mental health to develop and implement suitable treatment plans.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines in mental health practice.
Qualifications
- Must be a fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc.).
- Experience in clinical assessment and developing treatment strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Knowledge of applicable mental health laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
