**Job Title: Mental Health Technician**
The Mental Health Technician plays a key role in supporting patient care by monitoring behaviors, offering emotional support, and organizing group activities. Collaborating closely with the nursing staff, they help to maintain a secure environment and ensure precise clinical documentation. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, along with pertinent healthcare experience or college credits in social sciences. A current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association is mandatory.
