**Job Title: Direct Care Provider for Older Adults with Dementia**
In this role, you will deliver hands-on care and support to elderly individuals diagnosed with dementia in a nurturing, home-like setting. Your responsibilities will include aiding residents in their daily routines while prioritizing their comfort, safety, and opportunities for social interaction. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED, along with three to six months of relevant experience in direct service for seniors. The ability to execute physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as complying with state care regulations, is essential.
