Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers expert nursing care to patients in their residences while operating under the oversight of a Registered Nurse. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive appropriate care tailored to their needs within a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient health status and vital signs.
- Administer specialized treatments and procedures as necessary.
- Educate patients and their caregivers regarding self-care practices and health management.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- A minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
