Job Summary
The role of the nurse involves providing essential care to residents by administering medications, keeping detailed resident records, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the medication room. This position also requires monitoring the overall health and well-being of the residents and aiding them in performing daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
- Ensure that the medication room is kept clean and well-organized.
- Monitor and assess the health and well-being of residents regularly.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Licensed Nurse credential in Ohio.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferred one year of experience in a healthcare setting, although a training program is available for suitable candidates.
