Job Summary
The X-ray Technologist and Medical Support Specialist is responsible for conducting standard radiologic procedures while offering clinical assistance under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for radiologic examinations.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of imaging equipment.
- Conduct drug testing as necessary.
- Assist with various medical examinations.
- Perform clerical tasks related to medical support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- State-approved Limited Scope Technician certificate is mandatory.
- Minimum of six months experience in X-ray procedures and medical assisting is essential.
