Job Summary
The role involves delivering nursing care to patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. This includes administering medications and executing various treatment procedures. The position is integral to collaborating with the healthcare team to refine patient care plans while ensuring that safety and dignity are maintained during the recovery process.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and implement treatment plans as directed by the Registered Nurse.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to revise and update patient care plans.
- Ensure the safety and dignity of patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited program for licensed practical nurses (LPN).
- Possession of a current and valid LPN license.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Minimum of six months of experience working in an acute care environment.
