Job description
**Licensed Practical Nurse**
The Licensed Practical Nurse engages in the planning, delivery, and assessment of nursing care for patients in home health environments. Collaborating with a healthcare team, they deliver empathetic, patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and safety regulations. Applicants need to have completed a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and possess a current nursing license issued by the state. Candidates should also demonstrate physical endurance for walking, standing, and lifting, as well as fundamental computer skills for managing electronic health records.
