Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver direct nursing services to enhance both the physical and mental health of residents. Additionally, the LPN will work closely with the facility’s teams to guarantee holistic care and uphold precise documentation regarding the status of residents. Applicants must possess a current and valid LPN license issued in Indiana. A deep commitment to geriatric nursing, along with expertise in medication administration, is essential for this role.
