Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will oversee the administration of medications, perform assessments of residents, and ensure care plans are updated accurately to uphold high standards of resident health. This role is crucial as the LPN will act as a vital link between residents and their primary healthcare providers, advocating for their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of medications to residents.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents’ health status.
- Maintain and update accurate care plans for residents.

Qualifications
- Must possess a current and valid LPN license in the state of Colorado.
- Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
