Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse will oversee personalized health care for clients with developmental disabilities by performing regular site assessments and check-ins. This individual will serve as a medical advisor for the staff, carry out medication audits, and deliver training on medical practices. Applicants must possess an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana. Preference will be given to those who have experience working with individuals with disabilities or in long-term care settings.
