Job Summary
The Patient Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in connecting with prospective patients, offering education about the Pulmonary Rehab program, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This position also requires providing technical assistance related to the program’s app or website, alongside ensuring that patient records are kept accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Engage potential patients through phone communication to inform them about the Pulmonary Rehab program.
- Facilitate the enrollment process for interested patients.
- Offer technical support regarding the use of the program’s app or website.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records consistently.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales-oriented or quota-driven environment, particularly involving outbound calls.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology and capable of navigating fast-paced work settings.
- Healthcare experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
