Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in delivering direct nursing care to residents while overseeing the activities of nursing assistants. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the residents receive excellent and personalized care. The LPN works closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute individualized care plans that consider the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the residents’ well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervise the nursing assistants to maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
