Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide personalized health care to individuals with disabilities, which involves performing site visits, assessments, and medication audits. This role will also require the LPN to serve as a medical resource for the team, offering training on medical protocols and documentation practices. Applicants must possess a valid LPN license in the State of Indiana, with a preference for candidates who have experience working with individuals with disabilities or in long-term care settings.
