Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver essential skilled nursing services to patients within their home environments, operating under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. This role is vital in monitoring patients’ health status and maintaining precise documentation, while adhering to both agency and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients at home.
- Monitor and document the health conditions of patients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant agency and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- A minimum of one year of practical nursing experience is required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certification is necessary.
