Job description
Assist in delivering essential skilled nursing care to patients in a home health setting under the guidance of a registered nurse. Track and record patient health developments, ensuring adherence to state and industry standards. Candidates should possess a nursing degree from an accredited institution and have a minimum of one year of practical nursing experience. A valid, unrestricted LPN license, a current driver’s license, and up-to-date CPR certification are mandatory.
