Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will perform patient visits and deliver standard care while working under the direction of a registered nurse. This role entails effective communication with the healthcare team, patients, and their families to guarantee positive patient experiences. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold an active state license as a licensed practical nurse. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in either an acute care or hospice environment is necessary.
