The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will perform patient visits and deliver standard care while working under the direction of a registered nurse. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold an active state license as a licensed practical nurse. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in either an acute care or hospice environment is necessary.
