Job description
The Physical Therapist Assistant will deliver individualized care to patients in their residences by adhering to the prescribed treatment plans and noting any changes in the patients’ conditions. This role also involves educating both patients and their caregivers, while ensuring precise clinical documentation and managing their own work schedule effectively. Applicants are required to have completed a two-year college program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association and must possess a valid license to practice in Wisconsin. Furthermore, a current Wisconsin driver’s license and fundamental computer skills are necessary for this position.
