Job description
**Job Title: Home Health Nurse for Medically Fragile Children and Young Adults**
Deliver personalized and specialized nursing care to medically fragile children and young adults within a home health environment. Conduct continual assessments of patients, provide necessary treatments, and collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Candidates must possess a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Carolina. Experience in high-acuity care settings is strongly preferred, along with the capability to administer care within a home environment.
