The Clinical Staff Nurse is responsible for executing and organizing patient care by employing the nursing process, while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This position entails recording nursing activities, overseeing equipment within the unit, and guaranteeing seamless patient care through regular rounds. Applicants need to possess a valid RN license in Florida and an Associate’s degree in Nursing, although a BSN is favored. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and hold current BLS certification.
