The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will enhance the physical and emotional well-being of residents through the application of nursing expertise and the development of significant relationships. Responsibilities include performing detailed assessments, recording alterations in residents’ health status, and working collaboratively with the care team to provide holistic care. Applicants must have an active and valid LPN license in Indiana and demonstrate strong skills in medication management. A deep passion for geriatric nursing along with a dedication to providing exceptional senior care is essential.
